Santiago Velez is a seasoned executive leader with nearly two decades of experience in the energy sector. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales Operations, Gas Services at Siemens Energy, having previously led global pricing and bid strategy for the business. Over his career at Siemens and Siemens Energy, Santiago has held leadership roles across sales, marketing, strategy, and bid management, spanning compressors, gas engines, power transmission, and large gas turbines.

Kai Ostendorf has been with Terex for over 6 years and currently serves as Director, Parts, Sales & Pricing. He is an expert with more than 10 years of experience in pricing, aftermarket, product management, and sales, with a strong focus on digitalization and the implementation of advanced pricing strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Terex, Kai held Pricing Director positions with two of Europe's leading Independent Aftermarket (IAM) suppliers for automotive and agricultural components, where he led pricing transformation initiatives, advanced analytics programs, and commercial excellence projects across international markets.
In his current role, he leads parts sales and pricing strategy for Terex, building on his earlier positions as Director, Parts, Pricing and Product Management and Director, Global Parts Strategic Pricing. Throughout his career at Terex, he has been responsible for spare parts pricing, product management, and commercial strategy across more than 20 global brands, helping to modernize pricing practices and strengthen aftermarket performance through data-driven decision-making and digital innovation.

Mr. Timcke is leading the After Sales Organization of CLAAS, the global agricultural machinery manufacturer, since 2011. Under his leadership, the business has grown its parts and service turnover substantially, with its catalog expanding to well over 200,000 part numbers. Timcke has overseen major investments in CLAAS's international logistics network, including significant expansions of its central warehouse in Hamm-Uentrop, and has driven the company's after sales digitalization strategy, connecting CLAAS's independent dealer network into a shared data and service ecosystem.

Sven Mülleneisen leads Strategic Sales & Service for Mitsubishi Electric's FA-CNC business across EMEA, a role he stepped into in mid-2026 after seven years running the company's European Customer Support organization for CNC out of Ratingen. In 2022, he was responsible for integrating the robot service business into the CE region organization, bringing CNC and robot service under one leadership structure. His path into CNC service ran through machinery and plant engineering, including seven years at SMS group with a strong focus on service market development for the steel industry. His career began in the machine tool industry, where he spent almost ten years in various service management positions at DMG MORI, progressing to global responsibility for Sales and Marketing of the LifeCycle Service business.
