What is the PARTS SUMMIT?

The PARTS SUMMIT is the largest event of its kind in Europe: Service managers and pricing managers from leading machine manufacturers (OEMs), as well as renowned industry experts, discuss current trends and technological innovations in after-sales service and take advantage of the extensive opportunities for exchanging ideas and experiences. In addition to a lecture program, you can meet selected solution providers at an exhibition and use the ample breaks to expand your after-sales network.

Who should attend the PARTS SUMMIT?

The PARTS SUMMIT is an event for the entire community: experts from mechanical engineering meet specialists from pricing, service, and after-sales. Selected solution providers also participate, and you have the opportunity to meet the MARKT-PILOT team.

Will the event be live-streamed?

RULES OF CONDUCT FOR OUR EVENT

 

All participants, speakers, and partners of our MARKT-PILOT events are asked to adhere to the following code of conduct. This will be enforced by the organizer at all conferences. We ask all attendees to treat each other with respect and to help make our conferences a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. 

Overview

We strive to provide harassment-free experience for all participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body type, skin color, political views, or religion. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, insults, or discrimination against participants, speakers, team members, or partners. Sexualized language and depictions are also unwelcome at our events. This applies to all venues, lectures, workshops, and evening events at our conferences, as well as LinkedIn, X, and other online media. Participants who violate these rules will face sanctions from the organizer (MARKT-PILOT GmbH), including immediate removal from the event. 

Code of conduct in detail 

“Harassment” includes, but is not limited to, offensive statements about gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance such as physique, skin color, political views, religion, sexualized depictions in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, persecution, unwanted photography or recording, repeated disruption of lectures and other events, unwanted physical contact, and unwanted sexual attention. 

All participants who are warned for such behavior must cease it immediately. These rules of conduct also apply to partners, exhibitors, service providers, and speakers. 

Should participants exhibit harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behavior, the organizer reserves the right to intervene in any manner deemed appropriate. This includes warnings up to and including expulsion from our conferences.  

Should you feel harassed, witness someone else being harassed, or experience any other problems, please contact a MARKT-PILOT team member as soon as possible; they can be easily identified by their name tags.
